I hope this letter finds everyone doing well and your business is getting back to normal.   Due to the Covid-19 restrictions and directives from the Governor's Office for Arkansas, as an association we have made several adjustments to our upcoming continuing education classes.  With the different phases of the reopening process set forth by the Governor's office our normal structure of classes has changed.  This year we will be holding the three classes in September of this year.

He has earned the Certified Auctioneers Institute ( CAI ) designation, the most highly respected educational designation in the auction industry. CAI graduates have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality services to all types of clients.

He has the most up-to-date information when it comes to selling properties by earning the Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE) designation. Offered through the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute, AARE courses cover topics such as property transfer, financial analysis and legal issues involving the sale of real estate by the auction method. Less than 1% of Auctioneers throughout North America hold the AARE designation.

Mr. Head is also a Certified Appraiser with the Certified Appraisal Guild of America (CAGA). He has done appraisals for insurance companies, IRS audits, estate taxes the US Marshall Service, Non-profit organizations, individuals, and many more.

The CAGA is a professional accrediting organization providing certification of personal property appraisers. With members in 49 states and 6 Canadian Provinces, the CAGA is the number one trainer of personal property appraisers in North America.

Each member is required to complete training which includes the uniform standards of personal property appraisal practice and appraisal report writing. Special areas of emphasis include Internal Revenue Service appraisals, bankruptcy appraisals, insurance appraisals, divorce appraisals, and casualty loss appraisals. CAGA members have made a commitment to the Certified Appraisers Guild Code of Professional Ethics and to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

Mr. Head is also a Certified Estate Specialist (CES). Auctioneers are called upon by families and attorneys to aid in the best method of liquidating an estate. He has the formal classroom education, training, and experience to assist clients with all their estate liquidation needs.
