Due to an impending Winter Storm with significant ice & snow accumulations forecasted for much of Arkansas and surrounding areas, the board has decided to postpone the entire Convention & Contests. A new date will be announced as soon as the hotel & speakers can confirm their availability. The health & safety of our members and attendees is our top priority and we simply cannot, in good conscience, ask anyone to travel in the conditions that are in the forecast. Please be patient as we work out new dates. Contact the hotel to cancel your room reservations ASAP. All general registrations will be refunded, please be patient as these are processed, there is no need to call Cali for a refund at this time. Registrations will be reopened once the new dates have been set.
