Junior Staggs, CAI is a 9-Time Champion Auctioneer and President of Bid Last And WIN, The Bid Calling Boot Camp and Auctioneer University.

Junior is a first generation auctioneer, however he considers himself a 1.5 generation auctioneer as he “married” into the auction business. Junior is a Principal Auctioneer and Affiliate Real Estate Broker based in Puryear, Tennessee. He has been in the auction business for 18 years and has conducted over 1,000 auctions from Small Estates to Multi Parcel Real Estate Auctions and also works as a contract Auctioneer and Ringman when available.

While he is passionate about the Bid Calling Chant, he also embraced Online Only, Simulcast and Virtual Simulcast Auctions becoming the first to offer Online Auctions in his area.

Junior also moonlights as a benefit auctioneer conducting approximately 50 Benefit/Charity Events Annually He was recognized in 2023 By Ducks Unlimited for surpassing $2 Million Dollars Raised for Wetlands Conservation through DU Events. He was also selected to conduct the 2023 DU National Convention Auction at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Junior gained an international following on TikTok over the past few years becoming the #1 Auction Content a creator on the TikTok App amassing almost 500,000 followers, and is closing in on 100,000,000 video views (the hashtag #TikTok auctioneer is credited with over 65,000,000 video views ranging from educational Chant Practice to Informative Auction Related content).

Junior and Wife Katie live on a 30 Acre farm in North West Tennessee where they raise chickens, various livestock and little girls (Savannah 14, Sophie 10 and Scarlett 5)

He’s a member of the Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Georgia Oklahoma and National Auctioneers Associations.

JB Robison Sr has been full time in the Auction Business Since 1982. He graduated from Missouri Auction School when it was still conducted at the Stockyards in Kansas City in August of 1982. He Graduated #1 out of 158 students. When he got out of Auction School he had $1,100 – a Wife in school who was not employed, a 10-year-old son, a mortgage, a car payment, no Auction supplies or equipment, and had never worked an Auction before in his life in any capacity. He had incentive – if he didn’t sell, they didn’t eat, simple as that!

He says his biggest compliment comes before a large Auction when new bidders will say “there is no way they are going to get through all this” and one of his regular bidders will respond “evidently you have never been to one of JB’s Auctions? Hold on, you’re about to see it happen!”

J.B. Sr. founded J.B. Robison Auctioneers – Realtors in 1982. He was the first Auctioneer to specialize in the auction method of marketing real estate in the Grand Lake area and continues to be an innovator in the field. J.B. has diverse experience with heavy equipment, commercial equipment, farm equipment, restaurant equipment, business liquidations, antiques, and general personal property. J.B. has also been recognized in various Federal and State Courts as an expert witness regarding the valuation of real estate, personal property and in condemnation proceedings. He has the oldest continuously owned and operated real estate brokerage in the Grand Lake area.
